Our focus is complete satisfaction of donors and recipients of our social services. In the event, if you are displeased with our social and devotional services, then we request you to kindly suggest us better ways of offering social services.

However, please remember that donation for social and spiritual cause is based on one's personal consent hence normally non refundable. However, our Policy for the cancellation and refund is as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request can be made within 24 hrs of the donation transaction by an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., after that the cancelation request will not be entertained and the amount donated is Non-Refundable.

On successful cancellation of a Donation Service Request, a Cancellation Confirmation email will be sent to the users email id.

Refund Policy

For valid donation cancellation requests, the refund will be processed within 7 working days of the cancelation request acceptance. Donor shall be notified over his/her email id.
